Mental Health Resources
The health and well-being of the UAC community remains our top priority. We wanted to share a few resources with you that could help navigate these uncertain times:
- Due Quach, Founder of Collective Success Network, a UAC program, has compiled an Inclusive Mental Health Resources to help people find culturally competent support and care during these times. While the last few months have been challenging for everyone, they have been particularly difficult and exhausting for BIPOC and LGBTQIA folks who have suffered from bigotry, injustice, oppression and inequity. Please use the resources linked to find mental health resources during these times.
- UAC has an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP offers services to assist with challenges that may be impacting you or a member of your immediate family during these unprecedented times. To take advantage of the EAP or for more information CLICK HERE.
- Join Inner Strength Foundation, Monday-Friday at 8AM for 30 minute meditation session. Each session begins with very brief contemplation instructions, followed by 30 min of silence, closing with a short dedication. You are welcome to join via video or phone. Register here.
