Community partnerships are the cornerstone of ARC. The partnerships work in collaboration with each family to ensure clients needs are appropriately matched. Having service systems tailored to individual needs, maximizes benefits and outcomes.
In keeping with the IOC service system model, organization collaboration monitoring through case managers and program staff provides clients the opportunities for on-going community engagement and program responsiveness.
Parent Action Network (PAN)
An intensive 16 week or more group focusing on empowering parents to take control of the process of retaining custody of their children.* a safe and emotionally supportive environment * increased understanding of family court and the child welfare environment* child welfare law and policy * grief and loss * releasing and redirecting anger * improved ability to work on goals on the single case plan * self-exploration and reflection*
Homeless Advocacy project
Providing free, high quality civil legal services to individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness in Philadelphia.
Community Council Health Systems provides comprehensive mental health and anger management services. Founded in 1967, Community Council provides these services primarily in West Philadelphia, but serves the entire Philadelphia region. Services are provided without regard to race, color, religious creed, handicap, ancestry, national origin, age, sex or the ability to pay. Medical Assistance, Community Behavioral Health (CBH) coverage, and many other insurance plans are accepted. All information received is confidential.
