Question 1: Are ARC services available during the the COVID-19 crisis?

Answer:

Yes. All services are available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m..


Question 2: Where is ARC located?

Answer:

1211 Chestnut Street, 7th Floor    


Question 3: Can I come to ARC for services?

Answer:

The ARC physical offices are closed at this time.


Question 4: How can I enroll in ARC services?

Answer:

Your CUA worker can submit a service referral on your behalf. Or you can call ARC and enroll in services Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.


Question 5: What kind of help will I receive at ARC?

Answer:

You can get information about your reunification case. CUA and/or Family Court may have required you to take certain steps for your children to return home. We can help you by enrolling you in services at ARC.  If the service or help you need is not available at ARC, you RSS can work to identify community resources. 


Question 6: What kinds of services are at ARC?

Answer: 

ARC has the following services:

  • Adult Education
  • Behavioral Health
  • Domestic Violence Supports
  • Financial Education and Counseling 
  • Housing
  • Mental Health
  • Parent Education 
  • Workforce Development

ARC alss has special events, workshops and other group activities. 


Question 7: Who will help me after I enroll in ARC services?

Answer:

You will have the name and contact information for your assigned staff known as a Reunification Support Specialist (RSS). The RSS is your point of contact at ARC and you should work in partnership with them to address your reunification needs. 


Question 8: I cannot rememeber the name of my RSS. What do I do?

Answer:

You can call 267 514-3500 or send an email to info@arcenter.org.


Question 9: What do you need to participate in ARC services remotely?

Answer:

You will need an email address, WiFi or internet access, and a mobile phone ARC can help y;ou to create an email address.


Question 10: I was told that I needed an app to participate in ARC services, What do I do?

Answer:

Contact your RSS or send an email to info@arcenter.org. 


Question 11: I need a copy of my Certificate of Completion? How can I obtain this? 

Answer:
